Explore recordMy sculptures are constructed through a dialogue with materials that already possess a history. Wood, bark, branches, stones, fibres, clay and reclaimed objects are brought together to create forms that move beyond their original identities. Each sculpture begins with an encounter between material and imagination. Through assembly, intervention and transformation, ordinary elements become symbolic structures exploring the human condition, nature, justice, freedom and spirituality. The resulting works exist somewhere between natural sculpture, conceptual assemblage and visual storytelling. Matter preserves memory. The artist gives it another language.
